Thread "HERO(ish): Bleeder" in forum "HA Characters"

Ah~ I've got someone for you. She's not exactly a super HERO though,because she in between good and neutral.

Meet, Romey Lu a.k.a. Bleeder. She's a Chinese int. radio personality who lives in Germany. Her only actual power is the infinite flow of energy that's inside the gauntlet she wears, which allows her to form it into whatever shape she feels.

If she were part of the Alliance, it would be because she simply wants to help them more then she does the criminals. Even donating her own money. This doesn't mean she wont occasionally do a crime every once in a while.
