HERO: Shadow Fox

I hope it's not too late to submit one of my upcoming heroes.

His name's Teo, he's 17, and his superhero-alias is Shadow Fox.
He was previously involved in a cult of "shadow dwellers", but after realizing the evil he was committing he abandoned the cult and set out to undo the wrongs he did (which would thus lead him into the HA at some point).

He's capable of teleportation (in short distances), emitting blinding purple smoke, running/leaping at a slightly enhanced ability, and has an adequate knowledge of various dark martial art forms.
