Hi Chris,

I'll do your survey (and have pqed you). Maybe you should post a couple of your questions here so people know you aren't just a spammer fishing for e-mail addresses? They might also like to see what the questions will be like.

I will let this thread stay in General Discussion but please stop making the same thread in different forums. :]

Why not post the full questionnaire here in the forum?

A lot of DD-ers are happy to answer questionnaires online (unless the questions are too personal, obviously!) and they might just not get around to sending you a specific email.

Just a thought.
