Helping out with what? Art? Writing? What is the gist of the comic, if you have a story idea?
These are things people would want to know before answering you, and especially the bit about what kind of help. For instance, a writer who has no ability to draw would not want to waste their effort towards an art project, and the same would go for an artist who does not write well.
