As the title says you find a youtube video that insults the person above you. You just have to make it good. Here is an example (from the ^ game):

^ Oh god… the stupid… can't… resist… laughter…

lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol! lol!
