the race that created ghost runner's people can be considered a little … off to say the least. they made a number of tools that shouldnt work, including smashlights. a child protection device that actually when opened apears to be emptyand has no moving parts, but is capable of distinguishing between an attack from the boogieman, and your brother stumbling off to the bathroom at 2 am. and in a way thats a good thing. really, would any parent want a steaming beam of plasma assisting sibling rivalry on thier way over the dog and out into the corridor?
