flash away to the nE pocket demnsion. theres maybe a trillion sane nE left. and even then they are still terrified of the "ten blood red nights" of the rebelion. living in a series of bunkers that are supposed to protect them from the nE slayers and worshiping "the great balance" that they had upset before. these bunkers represent the upperclass of nE society. the only ones that could forge a place that was safe. and even now they need machines to allow them to keep thier original powers from taking them on a wild ride of madness
