yep, lord milovitch tried to do it to ghost way back when malon was killed. ghost has made a few changes to the material, making it stronger in one direction than others. but it fits in well with the other inventions he created to distract the federation high command from the p.m.s. universe abolishment system by having incredible potential, and yet at its base being utterly useless :D
