Sorry for the long delay in getting KD up a going again. Peter has had quite a go of it lately and quite frankly I’m just happy he’s alive and well. It has taken me an inordinate amount of time to pick up the slack on the posts but at long last we’re up and running again. So scene three inadvertently turned into quite the cliff hanger. We wrap it up here with the final page of what turned out to be a pretty cool scene IMO. The typical Lennie Briscoe legwork scenario becomes an inner dimensional summit of sorts. Looking back, I don’t think I appreciated the difficulties of drawing a scene like this in a laundry mat. There’s quite a bit happening visually in a laundry mat and the lighting is always terrible. I really enjoyed the transformation sequence at the end. However, after drawing ceiling tiles, architecture, washing machines and post-it notes for the last five pages, I decided to just the leave the background static. Note: I’ll be updating KD every other day somewhat religiously now. Keep checking back in!
