Seriously, though, this is actually what I do all day. And that's my real grandmother in panel #4 too, by the way. Not an actor.
Basically, to film this comic strip, D-chan (the author) just followed me around with a camera. I guess he (she? it?) thought the comic would be more "real" that way.
