This may be a bit edgy. Kate and Amy have entered their own minds, and since Kate has buried so many emotional issues , they were all waiting when she goes into her own brain. She has a lot of stuff to deal with and I'm not directly saying what happened to her.

Amy is going to have her own issues to deal with. Not saying more about that.

The Spirit Realm is also sort of a mental plane. It's spiritual, obviously, but it's created by the person whose entering it. It aligns itself with their energies, thoughts, emotions, memories. It's a dangerous place, and also really weird to draw. But fun.
