Also, Chaos did make Amy's hair grow that long. It creates random change in the area, which also creates changes within. All that power flowing through her system also fixed her eyes, which is why she no longer needs glasses. Her stutter remained, as it was a mental problem rather a physical problem. As she gained new friends (Kate and Nick), she became more confident and her stutter retreated. Whenever she gets nervous or scared, it sometimes returns.
