The girl in panel 2 has an X-Files desktop wallpaper and a Hideaki Anno cup. Aaaaand the girl on yesterday's page was a British TV presenter named Cat Deeley. I used to watch Hitlist UK (and European Top 20) religiously during the late 90s (because of her, mind you - the music was… kinda… funny. British charts often seem veeeerrrry strange to me) until they introduced MTV Germany and it all went downhill… Needless to say, I liked MTV UK much more, but maybe it has "progressed" in the same way… music television today sucks big time.

I still have some video tapes of Hitlist UK… I used to record Cat's appearances only though, and cut out the music videos. That was back in the days when cutting out stuff was not as easy as it is nowadays with DVD-recorders and such… that may be a measure of how much I adored her.

EDIT:

Midge: They're the same people we saw on page 3 and on the murder scene with Frank Black & Peter Watts… investigating the murder. As to the girl… can't talk my way out of it, can I? If only I could find the original screencap :D
