Let me tell you, this was (by far!) not the first ending that I thought of. This one's pretty forgiving… even in some over-the-top-forgiving kind of way (that line about him being a terrorist, but it's still all good…). I just guess I needed something like this after I'd been working on this dark tale for years on end… when I finished this comic I was ready to put the past behind me and look toward the future. So this ending reflects that - basically there are no hard feelings.

But it's not quite over yet –
