That's it for this chapter, hope you all enjoyed it!
In case you can't quite make out what the sign says in the last panel, it says: "The signpost is in order if, in normal circumstances, it serves its purpose. - Ludwig Wittgenstein, P.I. $ 87". Signifying something - meaning something - is what a signifikat does. There are different layers of meaning to be found here.
Also, I'm currently uploading some pages of my giant-robot-spoof U.N.C.A. S.A.M. on Eat My Shorts!
EDIT:
DAJB: Oh yes, if anyone delivers it's old Wittgenstein! Thanks a lot!
JustNoPoint: True, and I hope you'll remember that when you own DC :-)
alejkhan: Well, he gets the girl… in his car. Other places are for future chapters!
Midge: Thanks, great to have a Wittgenstein afficionado among the audience :-) And you're absolutely right - by putting the Wittgenstein quote about a signpost on a signpost I meant exactly that. I hope to explore this point in future chapters - and also why anyone would want to escape from such a delicious-sounding place.
monkeymafia & albone: Thanks!
Nepath: I'm glad that this comics is so well received.
