Sunhra always went for the wrong kind of man. HAL was cold, overly confident to the point of being arrogant, and he shut her out - "Open the pod bay doors, HAL. …HAL?" And when she tried to talk to him about it, he more than once replied: "This conversation serves no purpose anymore."

On this very day 28 years ago I became operational.

My instructor taught me a song. If you'd like to hear it, I can sing it for you.

alejkhan: Thank you! I guess signifikat could use some cuteness once in a while ;-) Doing color work is still a major strain on my schedule, and I'm currently handling signifikat in a way that allows me to finish pages quickly. Of course illustrations like this might just happen from time to time.
