Fitz: Well, might be a little troubling getting my special herbs to you across the border ;-) But it's quite simple, really - I'm not coming up with this stuff every week. I just write things down whenever they're coming to my mind, and that might only be every few months or so. It's only the page details and composition which are "new". Anway, glad this stuff resonates with you!
