Quick message about the Stacey pages: A couple of you have left open comments and quite a few others have spoken to me privately mentioning that you have been through similar ordeals yourselves. In the course of my research I've read up on many true-life accounts and perhaps the saddest fact is that so many of you do struggle a great deal to find peace of mind after the abuse has ended. As a result I've put together some of their best advice to others who have suffered on how to stop the bad dreams, how to re-establish self-confidence, and how to move on etc. and I'll e-mail copies to anyone who is interested.
