First panel may be confusing. There is an expression sometimes used by guys over here, when they have chatted up a girl and got a date out of her, as having 'pulled a bird'. So having a flash car like guy's would sometimes be called a 'bird puller' as it helps to attract some girls.

I'm working on the next page today so I SHOULD have a page for you Wednesday this week. As Molly pointed out last week, things are not over for Nick yet!
