SS5 39 'With a little help from my friends'

 I wrote a response to the rest of your comments during the week and when I clicked 'save' it told me I had to sign in and wiped my board! That's happened to me about 3 times now and it's so maddening! Anyway I couldn't be assed to type it all out again and then I thought I'd probably given too much away anyway so it was probably just as well. But thanks for all your comments as you all made some really interesting and logical points which gave me plenty to think about. 
  This page was a lot of fun to do and I decided to have Leo do something other than singing or drinking for a change. She's always been a favourite character of mine so I like to find excuses to include her when I can.  The first scene, with Gerry giving Sarah dating advice is a mirror of the same scene we had back in SS4 p27 which you may remember.  
Next week: Sarah decides to give Geraldine's suggestion some thought.
