SS5 41 Sarah writes an email

And this finally takes us right back to the very first page of the new chapter where Sarah writes to her first blind date.
   When I did this many moons ago we had to send a letter to a box no. held by the newspaper who then fowarded it on to the other person and I think it cost £3 but was a one off handling fee for handling it and you could put what you liked in the letter and send it sealed. The date then wrote back or phoned you depending on what personal details you included .  Nowadays though, I noticed the same newspaper handles it differently. You have to send at least five text or email messages through them before they will allow you to swap contact info and each text cost £1.50 so it's now a min of £7.50 per date. Meanies! 
  The most annoying thing I found though was when I paid the £3 to send the letter and then never even got a reply! Next week we'll find out if Sarah gets one!
