Stacey's advice may have come a little too late as Sarah is about to discover!

(1/2) First off, I wish Becky all the best. I hope she gets well soon. ::::: I hadn't commented on the last page, but I feel these two conversations are the center of Sarah and Janey's relationship. Sarah's comment on Janey not understanding Stacy's torment is something that I feel really highlights the core of everything that came between them and the emotional neglect that Janey faced. That whole reason is extremely simplistic but complicated for people to absorb and act upon, especially for someone like Sarah that has the goal to resolve the problems of all people she's involved with in situations where it's impossible to make all parties happy. I always figured Sarah should have payed better justice to Janey by choosing to never interact with Stacy. But that's not the only answer; Sarah inflicted neglect on her own girlfriend because all of her focus went outwards, and even worse because it also extended to the responsible party of Janey's injury.

Haha, thanks Sky! Oh, please don't worry when you see a comment like this; I am not critiquing the writing or your direction for the characters at all; I'm so invested in the story that I treat them like real people that are reacting to their environment, each other, and their emotions. Seriously, these people feel alive; so props to on the writing! It's fun for me to analyze them and relate them to people or events I have encountered before. Ah, I have been really busy with work so would miss commenting on a page or two. :)

Gemi: You have been busy! I don't blame you for holding back on the commenting as this issue between Sarah, Janey and Stacey is such a debatable one. I took a deep breath when I first saw your long post and I feared the worst but you've put your views in such a fair and nicely balanced way I think most will agree with everything you say. You have Sarah spot on too!

(2/2) This is the answer, and this is Sarah's largest character flaw (even beyond her meddling nature, haha!). And it's all realistic, I have met people that make these sort of decisions and they ruined friendships because of it while simutaniously wondering where all of it imploded. To clarify; Janey's cheeting is still completely not OK, but Sarah's whole mind set here started it all by erroniously absolving Stacy of intent due to her trauma but failing to acknowlege the full impact of the torment that Janey had endured at Stacy's hand. Their relationship is actually really tragic. :) Can't wait to see how Janey deals with all of this.

Sorry to hear about Becky. I will continue my best wishes to her for a speedy recovery. ……………….. Meanwhile, back at the civic centre, is redemption acheieable? I hope so, and I hope Stacey has acheived it. Although I can still understand why Janey isn't ready to forgive & forget. Talking of which, what has she grabbed off the table? A bottle of booze? Hmmm . . . the caption says "something" and a bottle is readily recognisable. Was it a knife and if so is Janey looking for some payback with Stacey? Or to harm herself? We shall see. …………………… Oh, and I am kicking myself for only just noticing Leo's labrys tattoo. Nice little detail that.

I'm pleased to say Becky's feeling much better now and as you can see, she surprised me this morning with the coloured page! As for the tattoo, I gave it to Leo for the wedding as I know she likes them but I did wonder if it noticed or not as it seems quite subtle from a distance.

Interesting idea, and I never fathomed it would be a knife or any intent to finally get back at Stacy. I figured she grabbed a sandwich or a piece of cake for the long trip back to Scotland.
