Because you all were deprived of this comic's juiciness last week, I decided to make it up to you by uploading a second one today. I know, I'm a saint.

We've switched the storyline and meet the chief of staff at the hospital. No, he's not a lion. It's his facial hair. Yeah, he's that old. In light of the financial problems the hospital is experiencing, he tells the nurse a beautiful story that somehow bores her to the point of sleeping. Everyone's a critic.
