Gidday, What can I say?
I guess I'll leave the speech making to the mayor.

"Harae Mai, Welcome, welcome to The Coast, a small community just north of the south island. We're so happy that you've come to visit. Don't forget to check out all the sites, they range from the island, to a statue erected by some catholics. There's a fro-gurt stand at the beach which is quite nice; no, don't worry, the fro stands for frozen, not afro."
