This is really lame.

The dutch word "loss" (some sort of soil) is pronounced the same as the dutch word "lus" (a loop when you tie your shoe).
So when the dude says (before he runs off to awnser his phone) now the loop! The little dude thinks he means, put some soil in your shoe.

There, i did it. I explained the joke. Sue me.
