No, that's not supposed to be a look of split-second depression at that thought, but merely contemplation. After Jeremy got there we watched a movie called Adam with her parents. It was really good and not the typical lovey-dovey romance I was expecting. I think it had a happy ending, but it's one of those that's open to your interpretation.
