So, yeah, I’m a bit of an idiot. Apparently the record player was fine and I just overlooked looping a band from the turntable to the rotor to make it spin. I don’t know why the center doesn’t just spin in the first place, but… whatever. Now it just puzzles me why full volume (100) for the record player’s “Aux” audio channel should be as loud as a volume of 4 on any other channel. Some day I’ll figure out technology, but it wasn’t today.
