The Play's the Thing, part 7

To start, for those of you wondering, the gentleman with the hook for a hand is this guy. I don’t like just introducing people for one strip, so we get to see him again. Also, we see Ralph. I enjoy fun names.

Anyway, it was funny when this comic fell. I had this strip planned out from the very beginning. When 300 first came out, I was a little sad, because I never got to do a 300 comic, and didn’t want to just do one, because every webcomic did a 300 strip. I decided to do mine now, and the timing could not have been better, because 300 just came out on DVD, Bluray, and HD DVD (I can’t just support one format), and I get my chance to do a comic. So we introduce Mr. Ivy, and the real story gets rolling.

On an unrelated note, I saw The Simpsons Movie, and I absolutely loved it. It was everything that I was expecting, and, while it could have just been a straight to DVD movie, seeing it on the big screen just made me feel happy. Also, this movie showed what a complete story is, unlike the Family Guy movie, which was just a mish mash of 3 episodes.

Finally, The Peanuts + The Aquabats!=Total Win!
