For those of you curious, this comic is referencing the classic game Operation. It was a board game where the players had to removed plastic pieces from a patient shaped game board. If you touched the sides, then his big red nose would buzz.
Operation was always a favorite board game of mine. It was such a simple game, yet was an amazing experience. One thing you have to wonder though, why would doctors allow kids to work on a patient who is seriously ill? I mean med school is hard enough to get in as it is, but when you start letting children in the operating room, standards must really be slipping.
