So this is a new set of comics I am going to start doing, “Signs you’re not mature enough for collegeâ€Â. I got the idea for this comic the other day, when I was walking by a group of birds at school. I didn’t chase them, but the desire was there.
With the formalities are out of the way, I wanted to take a minute to talk about the lack of story arcs. As many of you know, the story arcs are my favorite part of this comic, and not being able to develop the characters has been really hard on me. I have the next 13 or so story arcs mapped out, so I have been dying to share them with you.
Many of you might be saying “Well, if you have 13 arcs planned out, why haven’t you done any?†The answer plain and simple is that I am not pleased with the way things look at this moment. Don’t get me wrong, my issue is NOT with the current art style, because I love it (some things still need to be tweaked). My issue rests with how things are being presented on the website.
When I switched to doing the comics by actually inking with real ink, I have noticed a lot of issues with clarity and everything looking as crisp as it did before. Therefore, until I can get things straightened out, story arcs are going to be taking a bit of a break. I am still going to update weekly, so don’t worry about that. Just the story is going to be taking a bit of a break.
