Hey look! Dan's back! Isn't this exactly what you've all always wanted? Well there you go. No need to thank me.

Incase anyone is wondering, this development has nothing to do with the "rape" issue from the last page. I had this planned anyway, although I won't say it won't ever come up between the two characters. But if it does it'll be secondary and much later. The important thing about that, is that it's Gen's focus, it's her story and her struggle. Putting "Bad-Dan" in there as an enemy for her to 'defeat' or 'get revenge on' would only take away from her, and that's not the point.

So no, Paradox's re-appearence is coinicdental to that plotline. And he's of course an obvious homage to Hal Jordan's Parallax. More will come from this….
