The Turnabout…

On his way to third period, Teddy Atwater receives a text message from Anna Wade’s cell phone to meet her in the basement of a storage room immediately after class - she has information she feels will help Rayne. At the same time, Anna Wade is discussing with her inner circle how hurt Mary looked in class, and how word is slowly spreading that she and Teddy are now an item. Anna realizes she left her cell phone in class and returns to retrieve it, only to find a note with her name on it. It is soon discovered when Teddy enters the storage room in the basement, that Mary Goodwin used Anna’s phone to send Teddy that message. Mary tells Teddy that she did some research online about “The Minus Man” and discovered he’s really an eighth grader from Edison Magnet Middle School. He’s a media whiz named Minos Minosyan who has a reputation for doctoring and posting media on the Internet. Teddy is given his picture and apologizes to Mary for being cold to her after their break up. She embraces him and makes compliments regarding changes he’s made in his attitude, all while Anna opens the door to the storage room to confront Mary. Teddy hastily exits the room while Mary and Anna exchange passive aggressive tones with one another – Mary hands Anna her cell phone and leaves while Anna viciously insults her.

Their rivalry is no longer friendly as things have now become quite personal.
