Kicking off another round of pin-ups before we proceed to the next issue – Out of all the numerous pieces of artwork I commissioned for Bombshell, this is one of my absolute favorites! Artwork by the very talented S. A. Welland.

Please click on the Topwebcomics button above to see a preview of another (less girlish and more robotic) villain appearing in the next issue.

Thanks for your support!

plymayer, fukujinzuke, sux, melsr007: Thanks!

MrHades: Wh– Really? Awww, thanks! And yes, I wish it would update more often too ^^;

AzuJOD: Do you mean my original design, or this painting in particular? As for the latter, I believe it was done without any particular reference. As for the former, I channeled a whole lot of influences into Aria. Most notably: Millennium Playmate Janine Habeck. Academy-Award winning actress Jennifer Connelly (especially the way she looked in Dark City). Major Kusanagi from Ghost In The Shell - Stand Alone Complex. Makoto Uno’s designs for the Witchblade anime. The Huntress. And probably some others which escape my mind right now. And of course I tried to make her appear Italian to some degree, according to my stereotypical image of an Italian woman.
