On this page, we see the HQ of the "League of Time", a group dedicated to fixing all the "Loopholes" on the time line. (fixing what's wrong in history compared to their master time logs. They've just discovered that one of their own has been stealing great treasures throughout history. James Dawlwood (a decorated time traveler) has been tasked to investigate the thefts/find and return the treasures to their appropriate dates in history.
