We see time traveler Dawlwood streaking through the time stream. We see the "portals" to different time zones which by use of the "time sphere" they can navigate to. We see some city (probably in the 21st Century) and a prized jewel…then it's gone!
We then see Dawlwood emerging from the time stream and going into a cave.
