And this concludes our little funny tale.

This was meant to be a first chapter of a longer, serialized tale. Each short comic was meant to be a standalone tale, revolving around either the shepherd, the priest or several other characters.

The never drawn script for the second story had the shepherd roasting sausages over a fireplace with a pair of angels. It was also meant to explain the title (the town is really somewhere at the edge of civilization, but at the same time, it is observed by god who would use it to decide whether terminate this world or not).

I meant to submit it to a magazine, sadly that has never happened as the magazine I had in sight simply collapsed around that time. So the story landed in a drawer.

I actually had short notes on every character depicted in the church on the page above.
