Aaand the final page. It's a bit wordy. I hope everyone enjoyed the ride. This is pretty much the point where the original story and this adaptation take different routes. In the original, I wrote a sequence where Artemis was getting more and more addicted to the herb, to the point of drinking 8 cups of it a day, followed by a scene where Keris sheds his earthly clothes and goes native after he "converts" to the herb permanently. And THEN there was meant to be the big shift to 8 years later. These two scenes would unfortunately at least double the lenght of the tale and I knew that if I'd have written these in, the tale would grow even larger after that, so I had to say "stop" at some point.

As I'm uploading this, only the first page has went live. I have no idea what the reaction will be at all. I have also no idea what will be the followup comic, although bythe time as you're reading this, I probably do (and hopefully have it drawn already).

So, the next comic and the next page: May 31st.
