I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

I will try to explain what happened as simply as possible. The long and short of it is…I wrote a novel.

I began it as a sort of side project. A fun fantasy story that I would send out to agents and try to get published. At first it proved no problem (I managed to layout and ink the next pages for all of the comics) but then I became consumed by it.

Every morning I wrote for an hour or so and then I went to work. When I got back I stayed awake for another several hours to keep writing. I didn't forget about the comics but I just couldn't stop working until I finished the story.

Its done now. At 80,000 words I have (for the first time EVER) put the words THE END on one of my stories. While I do still need to check it for plot holes (there are probably a few) and grammar errors (there a probably millions) I am able to get back to the comics. I shall sacrifice sleep to get back into system. I don't sleep much anyway. I shall even sacrifice the time I spend on various video games. I've beaten all the ones in my collection anyway.

To wrap this up, I'm very sorry that I made that big statement about being more steady in my updates only to disappear again. But I will do better from now on.
