So the jig is up. Tim is indeed the original Black Terror's sidekick. Despite Abraham's comment and the spandex costumes, there was no NAMBLA stuff going on with the Terror Twins. I did find an old Black Terror cover from back in the day that shows these guys committing what may be considered a war atrocity though.
