Hello everyone and welcome back to Darkace Illustrated!
First off, I'd like to thank Irrevenant and the guys at HA for accepting my entry for their Villain's Month! The bad guy you see here is DrillSaw.  He was a petty thief turned crime boss.  What do you guys think?  The pin-up can also be seen on Heroes Alliance Monthly Mayhem!
