I probably wouldn't be above throwing in some prison-style buttsecks just to freak people out, but no plans on doing any of that; just trying to move the plot along.

*Vague character references:

(1) The "boss man" guy with the bloody jeans is Toad, the leader of this bunch of degenerates. Darren was captured in an earlier chapter trying to assassinate him. As for why Toad's pants are bloody near his crotch area, um, you'll have to read back to learn that one! ;)

(2) The "skin mask" belongs to Darren's buddy A.J., who was killed in the earlier assassination attempt (see page 20). He briefly popped up in that flashback earlier, as well.
