Reviewer: Hey, didn't you just have a sex scene like two pages ago?!! Isn't this a bit gratuitous, even for you?

Cid: Yeah. It is. All of these next three pages were completely unnecessary, but I just couldn't help poking a little fun at myself. Blame Brother Maniac for making that crack about how people in this comic always get killed right after having sex. I couldn't resist doing something utterly predictable and tasteless.

Reviewer: That's just lazy writing, Cid. You know, some people actually read this comic for the story, and the snappy dialogue, and because they care about your cast of zany characters. What do you have to say to them?

Cid: Um, sorry? Yeah. Sorry. Check back after the weekend and we should be getting to that Big-Ass Awesome Gun Battle I've been raving about. It's pretty sweet. But… the next three pages are just blatant snuff porn without much redeeming value. Sorry.
