Page 161: A Man Called "Toad"

Two new pages today (go back to see page 160 if you'd like to be bored all the way to death). Not the most thrilling two pages of the comic by any means, but they're moving the story forward at least. But of course, if you haven't been following the story, you have no idea what Toad's talking about or what's going on. So I'll recap:

"Mr. White" is the city's mayor (Sam White), who has hatched a diabolical scheme to fund a terrorist attack in order to convince City Council to fund his latest boondoggle, a giant wall he wants to build around the entire city.

Toad was hired by Mr. White to aid three terrorists (the "camel jockeys") in carrying out this attack… but it turned out their plan was pretty lame… and then they all got killed. So now Toad and his band of misfits have to pull off the terror attack themselves, and also the mayor has asked him to assassinate a local madame for reasons which at this point don't really matter.

*sigh* Boy that sounds convoluted when it's all spelled out like that! I think I may create a companion forum for this comic pretty soon where I can post a summary of what's going on in the comic so far and maybe some character profiles. And yes, I did steal that idea from Harkovast, but hey it's a good idea!
