Okay, I admit it! This page blows. I kinda rushed it through and it does show a little. Just pretend this is a cool page, like, umm… Page 222. Yeah. That'll work.
 
And who is this masked dufus with fists of steel? He's Desperado, the city's lamest crimefighter. He's been tailin' Otis for a while (have a look back at the beginning of Chapter 20). And now the hurting starts for him.
 
This animation's another moldy oldie. Hey, I'm not being lazy; I just appreciate the classics!
