Yep. Otis finally joins the party! For those of you who don't know who Otis is, he's a reformed crooked cop on a mission to right his various wrongs, among them selling Carmen and Angie into sex slavery. As for the Burt Reynolds thing… well, he's obsessed with the man, and he believes Burt Reynolds gives him orders to do good deeds (see Chapter 20: What Would Burt Reynolds Do?). That, and he's apparently projected his Dolly Parton fixation onto Carmen. Sooo… yeah, the guy's insane. But it's a funny kind of insane, not that sad, sloppy, drinking-his-own-pee insane like that bum on the street corner who always asks you for change. And you don't ever give him any, not because you don't have change, but because his hands are dirty, and… ah, I'll stop there, that's enough. Have a good day, and stuff!
