Blatantly obvious exposition page. Sorry, but it had to be done. I'm sure that if you've read the entire comic up to this point, you probably were able to figure out what the mayor's evil plan was, but it's never really spelled out too clearly (well, okay, yeah he does explain it once real early on, but it was very convoluted and poorl done on my part). So these two pages really only served the purpose of reiterating what the mayor's up to for any new readers… and probably some of the rest of you too, because I did such a crappy job with the writing early on.
 
We'll be getting back to Carmen and Angie with the next page, and this finale will start picking up some steam. Much thanks to everyone who's taken the time to leave comments and/or Like votes. It's hugely appreciated.
 
Oh, and also, I found this really hilarious new comic here that for some reason not too many people seem to be reading, so I figured I'd give it a shameless plug. If you get a chance, check out Ben Saber Presents. Good stuff, and it's still just getting started. Imagine if you took Zap Brannigan from Futurama and gave him his own webcomic. And a sword.
