    It looks like I've got everything working now. It was a bit of a pain, because the directories are different and that made it hard for my programs to "talk" to each other and stuff wouldn't load properly because it was referencing the wrong file locations. It's going to be a bit shaky in the beginning, but right now it looks like I'll be able to make this work.

    Ookay… well… as you can see, I guess, I'm back online. Still not sure what killed my computer. Some kind of a hardware thing; either a motherboard or video card issue I'm guessing. They're saying it's going to be six to eight weeks before I get it back, but in the meantime, they gave me this sweet loaner laptop. It's got twice as much everything as my old computer… but it's Windows 8 so I'm not sure how much of my old software is going to work on it. I'll be figuring out how to get my workflow going on this new-fangled contraption for a little while and hopefully I can get back to posting new pages by next week. Sorry about missing a week, but it took me completely by surprise.

    Computer problem (A serious solution): Well, I visit those kinds of sites, and I know its your browser. You "update" it all the friggin' time -and you and public don't know "the actual content" of an update.
    Do what I did for my sister's computer: Delete ALL anti-virus software programs, then go online and install "Spybot S&D".

    Yeesh! Something really weird's going on with my laptop right now. I'm only able to use it in Safe Mode, and the screen's all flickery (and noooo, it's not a virus! Believe it or not, I don't visit "those" kinds of sites. And besides, I scanned). I'm probably going to need to have it looked at… so if I disappear for a few days or so, that's going to be the reason why (always at the worst possible time!) *grumble*

    Ha, there's a scary thought! I probably should have mentioned in the author's notes that I do own an "assault rifle" myself, and don't have a problem at all with people having them. Just seemed like an appropriate joke for the comic, though!
