Today, an in-depth look at the importance of letting independent labs do your DNA testing! I meant to post this page yesterday, but had some internet connection issues (fixed now). Also, if it seems like I'm trying to cram too much stuff into each page… that's because I am. Really, this and the following page should have been at least three pages, but I've been trying to cram everything into as few pages as possible. Really, the second and third panel needed to be much bigger for dramatic effect, but no room.
 
More obscure plot references on this page! Who is the dead woman in Mayor White's trunk? Well, if you remember from Chapter 4 (which you probably don't) the mayor accidentally killed her with a booby trap in his office. Then he had Brian dump the body in the swamp… where it was recovered by the nefarious Scuba Ninja. So then the mayor had his henchman Toad recover the body for him… at which point Toad planned to use it to blackmail him… but then mysterious back-alley dealings brought the body full circle, back to the good mayor's doorstep. Thus is convoluted and poorly-scripted tale of the well-traveled dead Asian prostitute.
 
Next update will be the last of the Banana Cream Cake crossover. I hope you've enjoyed it. There probably aren't enough pages left in the comic for me to do another crossover, especially since I plan on doing the animations a bit less frequently for the next little while.
