First of all, this comic has a couple of firsts:

1) Intertwined tails.

2) Dragon City New York. I wanted to explain this in detail: The small squares on the opposite wall are the windows of an apartment and the bigger ones are the doors. They're built into the wall. To the left of the screen on down are some office buildings. They live in sewers, but the sewers were built by them. When humans encroached on their land with the
subways and sewers (dragon caves being quite a bit deeper), they fixed their city to look like additional sewers and put a permanent barrier between the subways/sewers so the human workers would ignore them.

Most New York human ambassadors are sewer workers for the reason of convenience. Other dragon cities have adopted the sewer settings: Dragon City London, Dragon City Rome, Dragon City Dallas (to a much lesser extent…there's more cave than there are sewers), and so on. Though, it's important to note that not all big cities are designed as sewers. (Dragon City Chicago is fairly big). You can build skyscrapers in just a normal cave.

By the way…I haven't reverted back to the plain question squares. I couldn't think of anything original for this question.
