Yet another Metempsychosis concept, introducing an AI made to supervise what goes on at Arland Center, a military research facility devoted to genetics and stuff.

The facility also was lost during the Second Cataclysm, but the underground section was still operational, along with its AI system core.

Now, it's not a runaway AI controlling killer robots (Arland Department had protection from security firm with military assistance), and its job is to automatically maintain and update information network and provide quick, reliable resources through its database. It also contains some of the most sensitive materials, including many weapon designs lost since the Second Cataclysm.
